Videographer Wanted – Join The Team!

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency in Belfast, delivering high-end video content, brand storytelling, and digital marketing campaigns for a range of clients.

We’ve been  marketing brands as a team for over 30 years and we’re just getting started. From shooting TV ads to crafting compelling social media content, we create work that drives real results and we’ve all the gear in house to do almost anything you can imagine.

We’re looking for a Videographer to join our team—a creative who knows how to capture a brand’s story through well shot visuals, dynamic editing, and engaging short-form content.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🎬 Filming high-quality video content for a variety of clients, from corporate shoots to creative brand storytelling.

✂️ Editing videos for social media, websites, and ad campaigns—knowing what works for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Yes you’ll embrace shooting 9×16 a lot more in 2025!

📸 Capturing high-quality photos to complement video work.

📍 On-location and studio shooting, working with lighting, sound, and camera setups.

📢 Collaborating with our creative team to bring marketing campaigns to life.

🚀 Experimenting with new trends, techniques, and creative approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of experience in videography & editing (or a killer portfolio that speaks for itself).
✅ Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (DaVinci Resolve is a bonus!).
✅ Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and sound recording.
✅ Ability to edit snappy, engaging social content (hooks, pacing, subtitles, music selection).
✅ A creative mindset—someone who can bring fresh ideas and storytelling skills.
✅ Strong organisation and time management—able to work on multiple projects at once. It’s a busy studio and always stuff to do! 
✅ Drone experience or motion graphics skills? Huge bonus we love that stuff.
