The Opportunity

As our Content & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in orchestrating client projects and managing our busy team. This role demands someone who is both creative and practical—a strong character with a results-driven mindset who knows how to bring structure and consistency to a fast-moving, passionate team. You’re a people person who loves both the creative and operational sides of marketing, and you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to help create content alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Project Management: Serve as the primary client contact, consistently meeting expectations and delivering results. You’ll oversee projects end-to-end and ensure that monthly content performance reports deliver actionable insights.
  • Results-Driven Coordination: Lead weekly team meetings, tame a creative (and sometimes messy) team, and maintain high standards for all output across video, design, and web projects.
  • Content Calendar Management: Ensure our clients are always set with a minimum of one month’s planned content, including social posts, statics, videos, and carousels that speak to brand goals.
  • Direct Content Creation: Jump in as needed to support day-to-day production, whether that’s filming with the team, recording voiceovers, or creating additional social content.
  • Outreach & Engagement Management: Develop automated LinkedIn DM strategies, execute email outreach, and build client relationships in line with our growth objectives.
  • Data & Analytics: Track engagement analytics to make data-driven adjustments that keep clients’ brands visible, relevant, and effective.
  • Process Improvement: Create systems to streamline workflow, monitor project status, and address areas of improvement.

  • Tech-Savvy & Organised: Skilled in project management tools like Monday.com and social media schedulers, with an understanding of automation for outreach.
  • Client-Focused & Results-Oriented: You understand that, ultimately, the client is the boss, and everything we do is aimed at delivering measurable value and positive outcomes.
