A continuous drone flight through the people, processes and spaces behind BLK BOX, revealing the scale of a local business building equipment for elite sport.

BLK BOX hired us to showcase their warehouse and manufacturing facility in one ambitious take. The aim was to give prospective customers a real sense of the operation: the craftsmanship on the factory floor, the team behind the products and the capacity to deliver major projects.

Getting that journey to feel effortless took serious preparation. Ahead of the shoot, we walked the facility, mapped the flight route and worked through the timing of each moment. Every tight gap, turn and transition needed a place in the plan. Everyone involved needed to know where to be, what to do and when their cue would come.

For the shoot, BLK BOX paused production for the entire morning. The facility became one coordinated set, with our crew and their team connected by walkie-talkies. We called each action into place as the drone moved through the building, bringing everything together as one continuous sequence.

The challenge was part of the appeal. Flying through narrow spaces, between equipment and across a sprawling facility demanded precision and trust. We loved getting stuck into it, and the enthusiasm of the BLK BOX team made the whole production a pleasure.

One shot, backed by a morning of complete commitment—and plenty of planning before anyone called action.
